Revised Tentative Tract Map No. 4000 .Paul J. The Director of Public Works stated this would be agree- able if the fee does not include the construction of the ditch or getting access to that location. Mr. Brown also objected to condition (h) reference to street names which should be deleted; and condition (k) that a half cul-de-sac street at the south end of Mantle Street would be unnecessary. On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, Map "C" of Revised Tentative Tract Map No. 3902, for 7,200 square foot lots, was approved, subJec~ to conditions, and conditiohs (h) and (k) be deleted. Communication was again presented from the Planning Department rec~ending appro~ of Revised Tentative Tract Map No. ~OO0, filed by Paul J. and Ruth E. Knaak, creat-i ing 47 lots, located 656 feet south of Santa Clara Avenue and 1,161 feet west of Tustin Avenue, subject to conditions. At the oral request of A. Richard Brown, Jr.,i 7632 Cnmmonwealth Avenue, Buena Park, representing the applicant, and on motion of i Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould end carried, Revised Tentative Tract Map No. 4000 was withdrawn. On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, agreement dated December 12, 1960, with Harry Tancredi, for temporary sewerage and water connectioqS to be furnished to Tract No. 3741, being a ten-acre parcel located on North Wright Street adjacent to the City boundary, wherein Subdivider agrees to make such de- posits as are required by the City to cover its expense in providing and connectln~i said Tract to City sewers and water l~nes and will pay the charges for services rendered as a result of such connections, and signed by the Director of Public Works, in accordance with provisions of Ordinance No. NS-465, was received and file~ It was moved by Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, that escrow instructions be approved and signed for certain properties and with the following persons: Escrow Instructions No. ~5603-F, dated November 29, 1960, with William F. and Clara V. Contreras, for street easements, one of which is located on the northwest corner of Bolsa Avenue and Verano Street, the other two of which are located on the north side of Bolsa Avenue, west of Verano Street, in the sum of $10,331.00, Escrow Instructions No. 45668-F, dated December 12, 1960, with Verle L.Johnsoq~ for street easement on the north side of Edinger Street, west of Greenville Street, in the sum of $1,928.00, and Amendment to I~struetions providing that the City will replace in kind, any pavement removed in front of seller's premises, and Escrow Instructions No. 45601-F, for street easement on the north side the sum of $324.00, and dated November 29, 1960, with Alice L.Duke, of Bolsa Aven%~e, west of Newhope Street, in Escrow Instructions No. 45604-F, dated Nove~er 29, 1960, wibh Vivian Rogers Patterson, for street easement north of Bolsa Avenue, east of Verano Street, in the sum of $690.00, and Escrow Instructions No. 45625-F, dated December 1, 1960, with Anna Maria Onsterkamp, for street easement on the north side of Bolsa Avenue, west of Harbor Boulevard, in the sum of $2,378.20, and Escrow Instructions No. 45599-F, dated November 29, 1960, with ~Clarence F. an~ Mamie L. Jiles, for street easement on the north side of Bolsa Avenue, east of I Verano Street, in the sum of $1,030.00, and ~ Escrow Instructions No. 45626-F, dated December 1, 1960, with George E. and Nona Meyer, for street easement on the north side of Bolsa Avenue, west of Verano Street, in the sum of $523.25, and Escrow Instructions No. 45611-F, dated November 29, 1960, with L.C. and Ruth K.
