KMD:mb 3/23/82 RESOLUTION NO. 82-45 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 77-51 AND APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR REALLOCATION OF 1976 STATE Gt~ANT MONIES TO THE MEMORIAL PARK SWIMMING POOL RENOVATION WHEREAS, the people of the State of California have enacted the State, Urban and Coastal Park Bond Act of 1976, which provides funds to tke State of California and its political subdivisions for acquiring lands and for developin~ facilities for public recreation and historical purposes; and WHEREAS, the State Department of Parks and Recreation has been delegated the responsibility for the administration of the proqram within the state, setting up necessary procedures governing applicatioD by local agencies under the program; and WHEREAS, said procedures established by the State Department of Parks and Recreation require the applicant to certify by resolution the approval of applications prior to submission of said applications to the state; and WHEREAS, said applications contain assurances that the applicant must comply with; and WHEREAS, the applicant agency will enter into an agreement with the State of California for the acquisition and/or development of the project; and wHEREAs, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, did on April 26, 1977, adopt Resolution No. 77-51, authorizing the filing of an application for 1976 state grant monies for tke Prentice Park Zoo Development Project pursuant to the aforementioned requirements; and WHEF~AS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, did on September 6, 1977, adopt Resolution No. 77-104, amending Resolution No. 77-51 and authorizing the filing of an application for 1976 state grant monies for the Prentice Park Zoo Development Project and the La Bonita Park Develcpment Project; and WHEREAS~ the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, did on July 25, 1978, adopt Resolution No. 78-95,
