RESOLUTION NO. 82- 45 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br />amending Resolution No. 77-51 and authorizing the filing of <br />a new application requesting reallocation of a portion of <br />the 1976 gran~ monies in order to fund the La Bonita Park <br />Development, Memorial Park and E1 Salvador Park Improvement <br />Projects. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Memorial Park and E1 Salvador Park <br />Improvement Projects have been completed and there still <br />remains the sum of $16,173.07 from the state grant monies <br />allocated for those projects; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana wishes to file a <br />new application requesting reallocation of the remaining <br />$16,173.07 in 1976 state grant monies designated for the <br />Memorial Park and E1 Salvador Park Improvement Projects to <br />fund the Memorial Park Swimming Pool Renovation. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council <br />of the City of Santa Ana that it hereby amends said Resolution <br />No. 77-51 as follows and hereby: <br /> <br /> 1. Approves the filing of a new application to <br />reallocate $16,173.07 in 1976 state grant monies to fund the <br />Memorial Park Swi~ing Pool Renovation; and <br /> <br /> 2. Certifies that said agency understands the assurances <br />in the application; and <br /> <br /> 3. Certifies that said agency has or will have sufficient <br />funds to operate and maintain the project; and <br /> <br /> 4. Certifies that said agency has reviewed and understands <br />the General Provisions contained in the sample state/local <br />agreement; and <br /> <br /> 5. Appoints the City Manager as agent of the City to <br />conduct all negotiations, execute and submit all documents <br />including but not limited to applications, agreements, <br />amendments, payment requests, and so on which may be necessary <br /> <br /> <br />
