<br />precisely the same piece of equipment, except that the equipment frem Calavar Cor-
<br />poration is not fully hydraulic. It was moved by Councilman Hubbard, seconded by
<br />Gould and carried, that all bids be rejected and the Purchasing Agent be authorized
<br />to readvertise for .bids for One Hydraulic Powered Crane, Specification No. 62~-15;
<br />bids to be opened February 6, 1961.
