<br />to rescind the original bond inadvertently estimated at $260,000.00, not filed,
<br />and set a new bond of $175,000.00, for Final Map of Tract No. 3561, filed by
<br />John B. Kilroy Company, approved December 5, 1960, for the dedication of Delhi
<br />
<br />Road, Susan Street, Pendleton Avenue, Anne Street and Harvard Street for public
<br />
<br />use for highway purposes, to be developed as cc.~ercial property, subject to certs
<br />
<br />conditions. 0~ motion of Councilman Gould, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the
<br />
<br />ec-.~nication was received, filed, and the request approved to set a new bond in
<br />

<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, proper officials
<br />were authorized to execute an agreement dated January 16, 1961, with the State of
<br />California, Department o f Finance, providing for the preparation of a population
<br />est!mate; costs to be paid by the City for the performance of the service.

<br />It was moved by Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, that escrow
<br />instructions be approved and signed for certain properties and with the following
<br />
