Tractor equipped with front end loader and <br /> <br />scraper attachment, Specification 62~-16, Item 2; and (d) One 19,000 G~W Truck <br /> <br />Chassis with Cab, Specification 623-16, Item 3; bids to be opened February 20, 1961 <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the request of the <br /> <br />Department of'Public Works was granted and the plans and specifications approved <br /> <br />the widening of Bolsa Avenue between Harbor Boulevard and a point approximately 600 <br /> <br />feet west of MaXine Street, Project No. 120. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the request of the <br /> <br />Department of Public Works was granted, the plans and specifications approved, and <br /> <br />the Purchasing Agent authorized to advertise for bids, for the construction of a <br /> <br />sanitary sewer in Van Ness Street between First and Sixth Streets, and in Sixth <br /> <br />Street between Van Ness and Ross Streets, Project S-28; bids to be opened March 6, <br /> <br />1961. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the request of the <br /> <br />Department of Public Works was granted to extend the starting time frcm December 22 <br /> <br />1960 to February 1, 1961, for the improvement of Sugar Avenue between Harbor Boule- <br /> <br />yard and the West City Limits, Project No. 126~ awarded to Sully-Miller Contracting <br /> <br /> <br />
