B. 127 <br />(Brown Act) <br /> <br /> Service was granted, to conduct an auction on February 25, 1961, of various new <br /> used items, as per itemized list submitted, on the premises of Trader's Paradise, <br /> 3602 W. Bolsa Avenue. <br /> <br />On motic~ of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following <br />were referred to the City Attorney and Insurance carrier: <br /> <br /> Priscilla Hoimberg, 618 Cypress Street, for alleged personal injuries, in the <br />amount of $1,250.00, due to a fall on the raised asphalt barrier in the parking lot <br />of the Police Facilities Building, 6th and Ross Streets, and <br /> <br /> Elizabeth J. Garrison, 1515 Bath Street, Santa Barbara, for damages to her <br />in the amount of $57.20, fr~n fallen tree while car was parked at iOW West 5th <br />Street. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Counc~lm~u Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Resolution entitl <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 61-49 concerning intersection control and <br /> signs in accordance therewith" <br /> <br />installing a Stop Sign at the intersection of Baker Street and St. Andrew Place, <br />directing traffic on Baker Street to stop to traffic on St. Andrew Place, reference <br />request of Ralph H.
