<br />Steer Hydraulic Crane, in the total amount
<br />of McCoy Motor Company, Tractor Division,
<br />Tractor with Front-End Loader and Scraper
<br />$3,579.00, pursuant to the oral report of
<br />
<br />Hubbard and carried, the only bid of
<br />Item 1, One Four-Wheel Drive,
<br />of $20,170.00; the lowest and best bid
<br />was accepted for Item 2, One 35 h.p.
<br />Attachment, in the total amount of
<br />the Manager; and the lowest and best
<br />
<br /> of George Dunton Inc. was accepted for Item 3, One 19,000 G.V.W. Truck Chassis
<br /> Cab, in the total amount of $3,~01.28, and all other bids were rejected.

<br />On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the award was
<br />poned until the next meeting for the reconstruction of Grand Avenue, between
<br />
<br />Avenue and Delhi Road, Project No. 12~; and for the reconstruction of Chestnut
<br />between Grand Avenue and a point approximately 780 feet west.

<br />This beiDg the date set for hearing on Amendment Application No. 336, filed by

<br />W. Schtveley, amending Sectional District Map 9-5-10, to reclassify fram the R-2 to
<br />the C-5 District, property at the northeast corner of Fifth and Verano Streets; no
<br />protests were received and the hearing was closed. On motion of Councilman Gould,
<br />seconded by Hubbard and carried, the following Ordinance entitled:
