Truck Chassis <br /> Cab, in the total amount of $3,~01.28, and all other bids were rejected. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the award was <br />poned until the next meeting for the reconstruction of Grand Avenue, between <br /> <br />Avenue and Delhi Road, Project No. 12~; and for the reconstruction of Chestnut <br />between Grand Avenue and a point approximately 780 feet west. <br /> <br />This beiDg the date set for hearing on Amendment Application No. 336, filed by <br /> <br />W. Schtveley, amending Sectional District Map 9-5-10, to reclassify fram the R-2 to <br />the C-5 District, property at the northeast corner of Fifth and Verano Streets; no <br />protests were received and the hearing was closed. On motion of Councilman Gould, <br />seconded by Hubbard and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "Ordinance amending Article IX of the Santa Ana Municipal Code <br /> to change district classification on Amendment Application No. <br /> 336 and Amending Sectional District Map 9-5-10 (Exhibit AA <br /> 336 B)" <br /> <br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br />This being the date set for hearing on Amendment Application No. 341, initiated by <br />the Planning Ccmmission, amending Sectional District Maps lO-5-10 and ll-5-10, <br />Exhibit AA 341 A, to reclassify from the C-1 and R-1 Districts to the C-2 District, <br />property described as that area conslstin~ of a triangle of land formed by S <br /> <br />Street on the north, the Santa Ana River on the southeast and Berrydale Street as <br />extended to the River from Seventeenth Street, including the west side of Berrydale <br />Street; no protests were received and the hearing was closed. On motion of <br />man Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "Ordinance amending Article IX of the Santa Ana Municipal Code to <br /> change the district classification on Amendment Application No. <br /> 3~1 and amending Sectional District Maps lO-5-10 and ll-5-10 <br /> (Exhibit AA 3Nl A)" <br /> <br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br />This being the date set for hearing on Amendment Application No. 342, filed by <br />Lawrence Kokx, amending Sectional District Map 17-5-9~ to reclassify from the R-1 t¢ <br />the M-1 District, a 75-foot strip cf land bounded on the east by LYon Street, on <br />south by McFadden Avenue, on the north by the S.P.R.R., and on the west by a line <br />approximately 75 feet west of the center line of Lyon Street; no protests were re- <br />ceived and the hearing was closed.
