<br />ways, Hazard Avenue, Mountain View Street and Celeste Street, and all vehicular
<br />access rights to Hazard Avenue except street intersection, and bond in the sum of
<br />$20,000.00 were approved; license fee in the amount of $650.00 accepted, and agree-
<br />ment covering improvements ordered signed; and
<br />
<br /> Tract No. 3998, filed by Kolko Construction Company, for dedication of Artesi~
<br />and Tenth Streets for public use for highway purposes and easement as shown, and
<br />bond in the sum of $12,000.00 were approved; license fee in the amount of Sho0.o0
<br />accepted, and agreement covering improvements ordered signed.

<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, proper officials
<br />
<br />were authorized to execute agreement with Co-Ordinated Construction Inc., dated
<br />
<br />February 20, 1961, for a 12-inch sanitary sewer connection on each side of Green-
<br />
<br />ville Street, from Talhert Avenue south to a point 821 feet from the center line
<br />
<br />of said Talbert Avenue, excepting the 157-foot frontage of said lot, in the sum of
<br />
<br />$5.66 per frontage foot.
<br />
<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of
<br />
<br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Resolution en-
<br />
<br />titled:
<br />
<br />"Resolution No. 61-20 approving Agreement with the State of
<br />California covering portions of the Newport Freeway"
<br />
<br />nominated "VII - Ora-~3-SA between Santa Ana CL at Delhi Road and Tustin CL at
<br />
<br />McFadden Street, was considered and passed by the following vote:

<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the agreement sign.
<br />
<br />by Columbia Outdoor, Red Coach Realty and John O'Connor, to construct an electric
<br />
<br />sign in front of 2001 No. Berrydale Street, which extends over and upon the estab-
<br />
<br />lished setback line, was taken off the Agenda.

<br />It was moved by Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, that escrow in-
<br />
<br />structions be approved and signed for certain properties and with the following
<br />
<br />persons:

<br /> Escrow Instructions No. 45656-F, dated December 8, 1960, with Vincent C. and
<br />Josephine Maggiano, for street easement on the north side of Edinger Avenue, west
<br />of Fairview Street, in the sum of $308.00; and Amendment to Instructions that the
<br />consideration of $~08.00 includes payment to the grantor for that portion of the
<br />concrete driveway which lies within the property herein being conveyed to the City
<br />of Santa Ana, and grantee is not obligated to replace said driveway,

<br /> Escrow Instructions No. 45791-F, dated January 17, 1961, withthe Santa Ana
