<br />Ccmmunication was presented from C. J. Segerstrom & Sons advising they have been

<br />notified by McCalla Bros. Pump and Drilling Company and the Department of Public

<br />Works that they are in violation of the City Code in operating the water well
<br />
<br />drilled on the forty acres of l~nd purchased from Burroughs Corporation, bordered
<br />
<br />by Bristol Street on the east, Segerstrom Avenue on the north, Santa Ana Garden
<br />
<br />Flood Control Cham~el on the west ar~ T21bert Road on the south, and requesting
<br />
<br />Council permission to maintain and operate Water Producing Facility No. ].13-02-8C,
<br />
<br />to be used for agricultural purposes only. On motion of CounciLman Hubbard~ secon-
<br />
<br />ded by Brewer and carried, the request of C. J. Segerstrom & Sons was granted to
<br />maintain and operate Water Producing Facility No. 113-02-8C, to be used for agricu~
<br />
<br />tural purposes only.
