Segerstrcm & Sons, for the best possible
use of the land, and their Company had cooperated with the City in removing the
pump and well at Delhi Road. Further~ the activities of the Burroughs Corporation
are entirely consistent with whatever was said at the time they were first inter-
ested in the property. The program of the ElectroData Division has been accelera-
ted because of the anticipated large-seale production of said Computer, but con-
struction of the proposed building is not expected for at least a year, due to
the large amount of tooling necessary and the special characteristics of the pro-
posed building, which will require a sizable capital investment. A discussion en-
sued between Mr. Rice, Mayor Hall and Councilman Heinly reference a future date
of construction or other intentions of the ElectroData Division of Burroughs Corpo~
ation, and it was suggested that the matter be deferred until such time as the
Planning Department can submit their rec~l~endations and report reference to the
rezoning and/or l~ture use of the ElectroData property.

Reso.
