RESOLUTION NO. 83-4 <br />PAGE TWO <br />2. Conditional Use Permit No. 82-14 is hereby <br />approved, subject to the following limitations, requirements <br />and conditions: <br />(a) All signage for the subject use shall remain <br />consistent with the signage approved by the City for the <br />business park and shall be limited to business <br />identification only. <br />(b) The floor area devoted to retail sales shall <br />not exceed the area designated for such use on the building <br />floor plan approved by the City, unless an expansion is <br />authorized by the Director of Planning and Development <br />Services of the City upon a showing that adequate off-street <br />parking will be provided. <br />(c) Interior lighting shall be maintained in all <br />areas visable from the street. <br />(d) Window displays shall be kept at a minimum to <br />allow maximum visibility into the building from the street. <br />Shelving in display windows, together with merchandise on <br />such shelving, shall not exceed 3 feet. <br />(e) An exterior astragal shall be installed on <br />the western perimeter metal door. It shall be made of <br />either 1/8 -inch steel or 1/4 -inch aluminum with a width of 2 <br />inches and shall extend 6 inches above and 6 inches below <br />the throwbolt. It shall extend at least one inch beyond the <br />door's edge and be attached with non -removable bolts. <br />(f) The subject building must be brought into <br />compliance with the City's Building Security Regulations <br />(S.A.M.C. sections 8-200 et sec.) to the same extent as <br />
