Open parking lots shall be provided with s ~nimum maintained <br />one footcandle of light on parking surface fr~ dusk til (]awn. <br /> <br />All exterior lights must be equipped with vandal resistant <br />covers. Light shall not shine away from subject property. <br /> <br />Ail walkways and aisles shall be equipped with a lighting <br />device capable of providing a m/nimum maintained one footcandle <br />of light between lights. <br /> <br /> Public Works Department: <br /> <br /> 1. Submit to the Department of Public Works, for their approval, an <br /> acceptable final grading plan or an on-site drainage plan, or both, <br /> showing the direction and means of flow to the adjacent street(s) <br /> when this property is developed. Plan is to include existing and <br /> proposed elevations at the property lines. Note: Ramp grades and <br /> basement sump pump to be shown on grading plan. Applicant shall <br /> check with Department of Public Works. <br /> <br />2. Provide trash bin enclosure at location as approved by the city. <br /> <br />3. Pay drainage assessment fee. <br /> <br />4. Pay sewer connection fees aa required by Department of Public <br /> Works. Note: Plumbing plan with fixture ~nit tabulation is <br /> required. <br /> <br />5. Pay costs of installation of water service and fire protection <br /> facilities. <br /> <br />Transportation Department: <br /> <br />Submit improvement plans to the Department of Public Works showing the <br />following: <br /> <br />1. Dedication <br /> <br /> a. Fifteen foot radius at .the intersection of Bush Street and <br /> Sixteenth Street. <br /> <br /> b. Ten by ten foot alley corner cut-off. <br /> <br /> c. The foot from center line of the alley per length of project. <br /> <br />2. Improvements <br />a. Alley <br /> <br /> 1. Pave out to additional right-of-way width. <br /> <br /> 2. Remove asphalt concrete pavement approach and reconstruct <br /> new concrete approach per city standards. <br /> <br /> 3. Construct valley gutter per city standards. <br /> b. Sixteenth Street <br /> 1. Remove and reconstruct curb return (25' radims). <br /> <br /> <br />
