There are numberous locking devices <br />which must be removed for your own safety, should an <br />emergency exit be required. This door should be outfitted <br />with a single cylinder deadbolt locking device. Since <br />the hinges on this door are on the exterior, they should <br />be pinned to preclude liftiqg. <br /> <br />Because of the absence of any type of lighting in the <br />alley to the rear, the use of a Mercury Vapor or high · <br />pressure sodium fixture should be considered for installation <br />at the corner of the building or directly above the rear <br />door. <br /> <br /> C. Transportation <br /> <br /> 1) Remove and replace three sections of sidewalk as follows: <br /> <br /> a) a five square feet section adjacent to the gas meters <br /> near the east end of the property. <br /> <br /> NOTE: This is currently a hazard. <br /> <br /> b) A thirteen square feet section at the west corner of <br /> the east driveway approach. <br /> <br /> c) ~ thirty square feet section just east of the westerly <br /> 'drive approach. <br /> <br />O.
