designation, as well as meeting the intent of the State of <br />California Subdivision Map Act provisions. <br /> <br />iii. <br /> <br />The project site is physically suitable for the type and density of the <br />proposed project. <br /> <br />The project site exceeds the minimum required lot size for <br />industrial development. There are no physical constraints on <br />the site to preclude development. <br /> <br />iv. <br /> <br />The design and improvements of the proposed project will not <br />cause substantial environmental damage or substantially and <br />avoidable injure fish or wildlife or their habitat. <br /> <br />The environmental assessment has determined that mitigation <br />will reduce any impacts to the environment to levels of <br />insignificance. There are no wetlands or unusual flora or <br />fauna on or around the project site. Additionally, no <br />developments surrounding this site will be negatively affected <br />by this proposal. <br /> <br />V= <br /> <br />The design or improvements of the proposed project will not cause <br />serious public health problems. <br /> <br />The project proposed for this subdivision of land meets or <br />exceeds City development standards. As conditioned, all <br />future development is required to be in compliance with all <br />applicable industrial zoning district requirements. <br /> <br />vi. <br /> <br />The design of improvements of the proposed project will not conflict <br />with easements necessary for public access through or use of the <br />property within the proposed project. <br /> <br />There are no easements that would affect the use or <br />development of this site. <br /> <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the Council <br />has previously adopted and certified Mitigated Negative Declaration and <br />Mitigation Monitoring Program, Environmental Review No. 2002-242 for <br />this project. <br /> <br />The Request For Council Action and all matters presented to the Council <br />are incorporated herein by this reference as though fully set forth. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2003-024 <br />Page 2 of 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
