designation, as well as meeting the intent of the State of California Subdivision Map Act provisions. iii. The project site is physically suitable for the type and density of the proposed project. The project site exceeds the minimum required lot size for industrial development. There are no physical constraints on the site to preclude development. iv. The design and improvements of the proposed project will not cause substantial environmental damage or substantially and avoidable injure fish or wildlife or their habitat. The environmental assessment has determined that mitigation will reduce any impacts to the environment to levels of insignificance. There are no wetlands or unusual flora or fauna on or around the project site. Additionally, no developments surrounding this site will be negatively affected by this proposal. V= The design or improvements of the proposed project will not cause serious public health problems. The project proposed for this subdivision of land meets or exceeds City development standards. As conditioned, all future development is required to be in compliance with all applicable industrial zoning district requirements. vi. The design of improvements of the proposed project will not conflict with easements necessary for public access through or use of the property within the proposed project. There are no easements that would affect the use or development of this site. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the Council has previously adopted and certified Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring Program, Environmental Review No. 2002-242 for this project.
