REL:adg <br />5/21/84 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-66 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA ESTABLISHING UNDERGROUND UTILITY <br />DISTRICT NO. 22 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by order of the City Council on March 19, 1984, <br />a public hearing was called for June 4, 1984 at the hour of 7:30 <br />p.m., at the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 22 Civic Center <br />Plaza, Santa Ana, California, to ascertain whether the public <br />necessity, health, safety, or welfare requires the removal Of <br />poles, overhead wires and facilities for supplying electrical com- <br />munication or similar or associated service, for the formation of <br />the Underground Utility District No. 22 within that certain area <br />of the City described as followed: <br /> <br />A 200-foot strip of land bounded 100 feet on each <br />side of the following described centerline: <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the <br />centerline of Grand Avenue and Corporate Terrace, <br />a private street; thence Southerly and Southwesterly <br />to the centerline of Dyer Road: thence Westerly along <br />the centerline of Dyer Road to the intersection of <br />the centerline of Halladay Street (North); thence <br />Northerly, from last said centerline, along the center- <br />line of Halladay Street to the Westerly prolongation <br />of the Northerly line of Assessor's Parcel No. 411- <br />063-28. Except therefrom Assessor's Parcel No. 411- <br />131-12. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, notice of such hearing has been given to all <br />affected property owners as such are shown on the last equalized <br />assessment roll and to all utilities concerned in the manner and <br />the time required by law; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, such hearing has been duly and regularly held, <br />and all persons interested have been given an opportunity to be <br />heard; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana: <br /> <br /> <br />
