RESOLUTION NO. 84- 66 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br /> 1. That pursuant to Santa Ana Municipal Code Sections <br />37-1 to 37-13, the abovedescribed area is hereby declared an <br />Underground Utility District, and is designated as Underground <br />Utility District No. 22 of the City of Santa Ana. Attached <br />hereto, marked "Exhibit A," and hereby incorporated as a part <br />of this Resolution, is a map delineating the boundaries of <br />said District. <br /> <br /> 2. That the City Council does hereby fix October 1, 1985 <br />as the date on which affected property owners must be ready to <br />receive underground service, and does hereby order the removal <br />of all poles, overhead structures and the underground instal- <br />lation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, com- <br />munication, or similar or associated service within Underground <br />Utility District No. 22 on or before December 1, 1985. <br /> <br /> 3. That the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed <br />to notify all affected utilities and all persons owning real <br />property within Underground Utility District No. 22 of the <br />adoption. Such notification shall be made by mailing a copy <br />of this Resolution, together with a copy of said Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code Sections 37-1 to 37-13 to all affected property <br />owners as such shown on the last equalized assessment roll <br />and to the affected utilities. <br /> <br /> 4. That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby <br />finds and determines as follows, upon the basis of the evidence <br />presented at said hearing; that the public necessity, health, <br />safety and welfare require the removal of poles, overhead wires <br />and associated overhead structures within said area of the City, <br />and the underground installation of wires and facilities for <br /> <br /> <br />
