RESOLUTION NO. 84- 98 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br /> (d) Each such tenant and each person applying for <br />the rental of a unit in such residential real property, has, <br />or will have received all applicable notices and rights now <br />or hereafter required by Chapters 2 and 3 of the Subdivision <br />Map Act. <br /> <br /> (e) Each such tenant will be given written notifi- <br />cation within ten (10) days of approval of a final map for the <br />proposed conversion. <br /> <br /> (f) The following notices specified in Section 66427.1 <br />of the Subdivision Map Act are not applicable to a "buildings <br />only" condominium conversion which does not involve displacement <br />of tenants or the offering of dwelling units for sale to the <br />public: <br /> <br /> (1) Notice of intention to convert prior to <br />termination of tenancy, as set forth in subsection (c) of said <br />section. <br /> <br /> (2) Notice of an exclusive right to contract for <br />the purchase of a dwelling unit, as set forth in subsection (d) <br />of said section. <br /> <br /> (g) The proposed subdivision and the provisions for <br />its design and improvement are consistent with the general plan <br />of the City of Santa Ana. The provisions of the Housing Element <br />of the said general plan which pertain to condominium conversions <br />apply only to the conversion of apartment units to condominiums. <br />A "buildings only" condominium conversion is not within the scope <br />of the limitations set forth therein. <br /> <br /> 2. Tentative Map No. 11921 is hereby approved, subject <br />to the conditons set forth in the staff report on said project, <br /> <br /> <br />
