That Section 3 of Resolution 86-59 is hereby further amended by <br />adding the following footnote at the end of said Section 3: <br /> <br />"(T) designates a "terminal class. A position classifi- <br />cation that has been designated as "terminal" by the City <br />Council by amendment to this Resolution will be deleted <br />from this classification and compensation plan when <br />vacated by its last remaining incumbent.
