PUBLIC SERVICES AGENCY <br /> <br />1. File and record a tract map and comply with all ap- <br /> proved conditions thereon. <br /> <br />2. Prior to the issuance of building permits, complete <br /> the following: <br /> <br />a) Submit the following items to the Public Services <br /> Agency: <br /> <br />I) <br /> <br />A runoff study based on a storm of a ten year <br />frequency showing ~xisting and proposed fa- <br />cilities and methods of draining this site <br />and tributary areas without exceeding the <br />capacity of any street, on-site or off-site. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />An acceptable final grading plan or an <br />on-site drainage plan for review and <br />approval, showing the direction and means of <br />flow to the adjacent street(s) or channel(s) <br />when this property is developed. Plan is to <br />include existing and proposed elevations at <br />the property lines. Applicants should check <br />with the Public Services Agency for the ex- <br />tent of study needs. <br /> <br />3) Improvement plans as follows: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />For any required drainage facilities as <br />approved by the Public Services Agency. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />For the private streets in conformance <br />with Section 34-165 of the Santa Aha <br />Municipal Code as approved by the Public <br />Services Agency. <br /> <br />(c) LaBonita Street and other off-site <br /> streets as required and necessary. <br /> <br />3. Prior to the 'release of utilities and/or other <br /> security complete the following: <br /> <br />a) Construct required drainage facilities. <br /> <br />b) Construct private street as approved. <br /> <br /> <br />
