Perimeter wall at LaB0nita Street shall be redesigned <br />to provide relief in street view. Additional land- <br />scaping or landscape pockets in front of the wall <br />shall be provided. Other Conditions <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />If public water and sewer systems are desired, <br />the developer shall provide 28' minimum curb to <br />curb width, vertically curbed, private streets in <br />conformance with S,A.M.C. 34-165. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Dedicate 28' minimum width exclusive underground, <br />non-exclusive surface easements for public util- <br />ity purposes to the City of Santa Aha.. <br /> <br />c) Provide improvement plans as required by the <br /> Utilities Agency. <br /> <br />d) Construct sewer facil'ities as required by the <br /> Utilities Agency. <br /> <br />e) <br /> <br />Relocate the existing sewer main at the southeast <br />corner of the property into the private street as <br />required by the Utilities Agency. <br /> <br />f) Construct water facilities as required by the <br /> Utilities Agency. <br /> <br /> <br />
