Each Conflict of Interest Code shall be based upon, <br />shall incorporate by reference Regulation 18730 of the Fair <br />Political Practices CommissiOn. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> 3. The head of each agency shall assure that the preparation <br />of the revised Conflict of Interest Code is carried out under <br />procedures which allow affected employees a fair opportunity to <br />present their views. <br /> <br /> 4.
