RESOLUTION NO. 87- &4 <br />Page two <br /> <br />Santa Ana corresponding to the uncolored portions of said map <br />retain their current land use designations under the General Plan <br />as previously amended. <br /> <br /> 4. The Land Use Element of the General Plan is amended <br />by adding the following provisions thereto: <br /> <br /> "Residential developments in areas of the City of <br />Santa Ana designated as "Multi-Use" shall be subject to the fol- <br />lowing maximum densities: <br /> <br />(a) Seventeenth Street west of the Santa Ana <br /> River 22 dwelling units per acre <br /> <br />(b) Seventeenth Street east of the Santa Ana <br /> River 35 dwelling units per acre <br /> <br />(c) Fourth Street 22 dwelling units per acre <br /> <br /> 5. The Clerk of the Council is directed to attest to <br />the approval of the abovesaid map by this Council by appropriate <br />notation on the face thereof and to retain the same as an official <br />record of the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br /> 6. Real Property which is the subject of a "Disposition <br />and Development Agreement" or an "Owner Participation Agreement" <br />which, prior to the date of this Resolution, has been approved by <br />the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana shall <br />be subject to the density limitations of the General Plan as it <br />existed prior to its amendment by this Resolution, provided it is <br />developed in accordance with such agreement. <br /> <br /> 7. Any real property which on or before the date of <br />this Resolution meets both of the following conditions shall be <br />subject to the land use and density limitations of the General <br />Plan as it existed prior to its amendment by this Resolution: <br /> <br /> (a Multiple-family residential development was approved <br />for the property through any one of the following discretionary <br />actions: <br /> <br />(1) Adoption of a specific development plan. <br /> <br />(2) Approval of a rezoning to the R3 (Multiple- <br /> family residential) use district. <br /> <br />(3) Approval of a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />(4) Approval of a tentative subdivision map. <br /> <br /> <br />
