299 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87-60 <br />Page 23 <br /> <br />Dept. and Miscellaneous <br />Fee or Service <br /> <br />Unit <br /> <br />Resident/Nonresident <br /> <br />SECTION IX <br /> <br />RECREATION AND COMMUNIT~YSERVICES AGENCY <br /> <br />Charges For: <br /> <br />Classes, Leisure and Instructional: <br /> <br />* For group activities, those groups for ~hich at least 51% of participants <br /> either live or work in the City of Santa Ana, the resident rate shall be <br /> applied. <br /> <br />From time to time, privately taught leisure and instructional classes will be <br />offered by various agency divisions. The announcement of same will be made by <br />printed fliers or in the quarterly Program Booklet mailed to each residence in <br />the City. programs so offered will be conducted on a 4 to 10 woek format. <br />Charges for each class offered will be established by the Executive Director, <br />Recreation and Community Services Agency. The City of Santa Ana will receive 30% <br />of the total fees collected from each of these leisure of instructional classes. <br /> <br />Day Camp, Youth: <br /> <br />Per each five-day period, per child <br /> {includes T-shirt) <br />Each additional T-shirt <br /> <br /> 35.00/50.00 <br />Each 4.00 <br /> <br />Meeting Rooms, Reservations/Rental: <br /> <br />NOTES: 1. <br /> <br />Auditorium and all meeting room facilities may be reserved by any <br />group or organization, when dates are available. Official City <br />meetings, hearings or City sponsored activities will receive booking <br />priority on any unbooked date. <br /> <br />2. A cleaning deposit of $100 will be required for each Meeting Room <br /> facility listed below, in addition to the rental charge. <br /> <br />Meeting Room Rental charges listed below are based upon events <br />charging no admission fee. Functions selling tickets for a set fee <br />or a donation will be charged the rates listed below (as a minimum) <br />or 10% of gross admission fees or donations collected, whichever is <br />greater. <br /> <br />All meeting rooms under Recreation and Community Services Agency supervision <br />including, but not limited to, various rooms at the following facilities: Bowers <br />Museum, City Auditorium (City Hall Annex), Corbin Center, Recreation Centers: E1 <br /> <br /> <br />
