Shade and Shadow. <br /> <br /> A. Significant Effect. Depending on the exact <br />location and height of the Project's buildings, shadows may be <br />produced which will impact the residential areas west of the <br />Project. <br /> <br /> B. Findin9. Changes or alterations have been required <br />in, or incorporated into, the Project which avoid or <br />substantially lessen the significant environmental effects as <br />identified in the EIR. <br /> <br /> C. Facts in Support of Finding.
