Project Related Traffic Impacts on Adjacent Resi- <br />dential Areas. The following mitigation measures are set forth <br />in the EIR to provide additional protection for the adjacent <br />residential areas: <br /> <br /> A. Access points along Main Street shall be <br />offset from existing access points to adjacent residential <br />areas. <br /> <br /> B. Access along Main Street shall be restricted <br />to right-turn-in/right-turn-out only movements. <br /> <br /> C.
