This information can be verified b¥ the City.hen the <br />project is complete and a Certificate of Occupancy is issued. <br /> <br />Analyze all discretionary actions for iq)acts on cultural, <br />recreational and educational services and facilities within the City. <br /> <br />The Planning Department shall prepare and present a report to the <br />Planning Co~nission on the implementation of this element on an annual <br />basis.
