Assurance of Compliance with Nondiscrimination Requirements <br /> <br />The City of Santa Ana will not discriminate because of race, <br />color, national origin, sex, or handicap in the use of the <br />property, in keeping with Section 606 of the Federal Proper- <br />ty and Administrative Services Act of 1949, Title VI, of the <br />Civil Rights Act of 1964 (P.L. 88-3S2), Title IX of the <br />Education Amendments of 1972 (P.L. 92-318), and Section 844 <br />of the Education Amendments of 1974 {P.L. 93-380} in relation <br />to education, and Section S04 of the Rehabilitation Act of <br />1973 (P.L. 93-112), and the Department's regulation issued <br />persuant to such acts (44 CFR Parts, 12, 80, 84, and 86). <br /> <br /> <br />
