Protection and Maintenance of the Property <br /> <br />The applicant covenants and agrees for itself, and its <br />successors and assigns that in the event the grantor <br />exercises its option to revert all right, title and <br />interest in the property to the Grantor, or the Grantee <br />shall provide protection and maintenance to the property at <br />all times until such time as the title is actually reverted <br />or returned to and accepted by the grantor and the <br />responsibility for such protection and maintenance is <br />assumed by the General Services Administration.
