<br />SANTA ANA EMPOWERMENT CORPORATION ANNUAL AUDIT
<br />
<br />Henry Mendoza, CPA, managing partner for Mendoza Berger and
<br />Company, L.L.P., the firm that conducted the audit, was present to discuss
<br />and answer any questions regarding the audit. Mr. Mendoza briefed the
<br />Board of Directors on the annual audit of the Santa Ana Empowerment
<br />Corporation for fiscal year 2001-2002. The audit was performed in
<br />accordance with the Santa Ana Empowerment Corporation Articles of
<br />Incorporation Section 4.5 and the Office of Management and Budget
<br />(OMB) regulations.
