RESOLUTION NO. 89-~8 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Therefore the proposed use will provide a <br />service or facility which will contribute <br />to the general well being of the neighbor- <br />hood and the community. <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />The proposed use, under the circumstance of <br />this particular case, will not be detrimental <br />to the health, safety or general welfare of <br />persons residing or working in the vicinity. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />The proposed use will not adversely affect <br />the present economic stability or future <br />economic development of property in the <br />surrounding area. <br /> <br />(f) <br /> <br />With the approval of Conditional Use Permit <br />89-2 and Variance 89-2, the proposed use will <br />comply with the regulations and conditions <br />specified in Chapter 41 of the Municipal Code <br />for such use. <br /> <br />(g) The proposed use will not adversely affect the <br /> General Plan of the City. <br /> <br /> 2. Also based upon the evidence submitted at the above- <br />said hearing, this Council further finds and determines as <br />follows: <br /> <br />(a <br /> <br />The landscaping requirements, if imposed in <br />strict conformity to Code requirements, would <br />unnecessarily and unreasonably reduce the area <br />available for off-street parking. <br /> <br />(b <br /> <br />Due to the nature of the proposed indoor swap <br />meet operation, the strict application of Code <br />requirement regarding loading areas would im- <br />pose an unreasonable and unnecessary burden on <br />such use. <br /> <br />(c <br /> <br />Therefore, there are special circumstances appli- <br />cable to the subject property due to which the <br />strict application of the zoning code would de- <br />prive the subject property of privileges not <br />otherwise at variance with the intent and purpose <br />of the provisions of the zoning code. <br /> <br /> <br />
