school impact fees is incorporated into this Project, and the <br />applicant will pay the required school impact fee as and when <br />required by those ordinances and policies. <br /> <br /> (ii) Pursuant to state law, this <br />Council may not impose school mitigation measures beyond <br />requiring payment of appropriate impact fees. <br /> <br /> (iii) The Project-specific and <br />cumulative impacts of this Project relating to schools are <br />either insignificant or will be mitigated to a level of <br />insignificance. <br /> <br /> (iv) In the alternative, to the extent <br />that any of the school-related impacts of the Project are not <br />insignificant or mitigated to a level of insignificance, the <br />economic, social and other benefits of the Project outweigh and <br />override any such significant impacts, as more fully stated in <br />the Statement of Overriding Considerations (Section III, below). <br /> <br />III.
