The Final EIR concludes that the possible increased <br />enrollment at schools would be insignificant, and states that <br />the Santa Aha Unified School District will assess developer <br />fees as permitted by law against the Project. The Final EIR <br />recommends that school impacts be mitigated by, the assessment <br />of appropriate developer fees, and states that the Project will <br />not have a significant impact on schools based on the number of <br />students and the amount of fees that will be generated. <br /> <br /> (2) Findings.
