These are the intercity site, the Arnel site, and the <br />Bluebird Motel site. Development on these sites could proceed <br />whether or not the Project goes forward.' <br /> <br /> (b) The impacts of. developing the Project <br />on the intercity site would be similar in most respects to the <br />impacts of developing the Project on the Project Site. Impacts <br />which would be similar include noise, air quality, geology and <br />soils, land use, aesthetics,, and public services and <br />utilities.
