Development of the P~oject on this site would not <br /> substantially mitigate any potentially significant <br /> environmental impacts of the Project. <br /> <br /> (c) Development of the Project on the <br />Bluebird Motel alternate site would result in similar impacts <br />as development of the Project on the Project Site. Development <br />of the Bluebird Motel site with this Project would have similar <br />impacts relating to noise, air quality, geology and soils, <br />~ydrology, land uses, aesthetics, cultural resources, <br />socioeconomics, and public services and utilities. Development <br />of the Project on this site 'would not substantially mitigate <br />any potentially significant environmental impacts of the <br />Project. <br /> <br /> (d) Development of the Arnel site with this <br />Project would result in more adverse impacts than are <br />anticipated from development of the Project on the Project <br />8ire. Impacts relating to transportation and circulation, air <br />quality, geology and soils, hydrology, aesthetics, <br />socioeconomics, and most public services and utilities are <br />similar to development on the Project Site. The noise impacts <br />of development at this site would be more severe, due to the <br />proximity of more sensitive residential neighborhoods, <br />development at this site would necessitate more expenditures <br />for drainage facilities, and land use compatibility issues may <br />be'more of a problem due to proximitYofresidential <br /> <br /> 39 <br /> <br /> <br />
