Gould, Jr. <br />Absent, Councilmen None <br /> <br />Cummanicatimn was presented from the Planning Department recommending approval of <br /> <br />Revised Tentative Tract Map No. 4040, filed by the Savage Construction Company, <br /> <br />creating twenty lots located east of King Street and ~m~ediately west of the inter- <br /> <br />sections of Washingtom Street and 12th Street with King Street, subject to condi- <br /> <br />tions. Mr. Val ZaJec, 11~62 Garden Grove Boulevard, Garden Grove, representing the <br />applicant, agreed to the conditions with exception of Condition (d) The length of <br /> <br />proposed Marengo Place is in violation of Section 9B27.2 of the Subdivision Regula- <br /> <br />tions (longer than 500 feet). An alternate street layout which would conform to the <br /> <br />regulations would be to replace the cul-de-sac at the southerly end of Marengo Place <br /> <br />with an elbow and construct an outlet street from the elbow to King Street. This <br /> <br />would eliminate the need for the ten-foot drainage and sewer easement, as shown on <br /> <br />the tentative map. Mr. ZaJec requested that the matter be continued to the next <br /> <br />meeting to resolve said cohdition in a more satisfactory way. It was moved by <br /> <br />CounciLman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried, that action be continued on <br /> <br />Agreement <br />Bob Black Oldsmobile <br />and Salena F. Tucker <br /> <br />this matter until the next meeting. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, proper officials <br />were authorized to execute agreement with Bob Black Oldsmobile and Salena F. Tucker~ <br />dated April 3, 1961, for the installation of six pipe poles along the northerly edge <br /> <br />of property located at the southwest corner of 17th and Partc~ Streets, at 702 W. <br /> <br />17th Street, and to locate in and over the northerly ten feet of said property, <br /> <br />lights, electrical wiring, cable and conduit for the purpose of lighting the lot and <br /> <br />Reso. No. 61-90 <br />Accept deed <br />Laura D.
