3. That Section 3.1 of Resolution No. 82-110, Special <br />Compensation Provisions, as amended, is hereby further amended by <br />adding the following assignment pay designation "(v)" to the <br />existing list of special pay differential designations: <br /> <br /> "(v)" Personnel in the class of Senior Personnel <br />Analyst (UC) who are regularly and continuously assigned to <br />and actually performing duties in a "lead supervisory" <br />capacity over a primary functional unit of Personnel <br />Services Department employees, will be paid at a rate <br />set ten (10) salary rate ranges (5.0%) above their then <br />current base monthly salary step." <br /> <br /> 4. That except as amended by this Resolution, all other <br />provisions of Resolution Nos. 82-110 and 89-087 shall remain in <br />full force and effect. <br /> <br /> 5.
