RESOLUTION NO. 90- 004 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA (GPA 89-9) REL:mb(24a) 1/03/90 Rev.1/9/90 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana, after duly noticed public hearing, approved an amendment to the General Plan of the City of Santa Ana as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed and considered the initial environmental study and negative declaration prepared for such proposed General Plan amendment; and WHEREAS, this Council, after duly noticed public hear- ing, concurs in the Planning Commission's approval of said General Plan amendment; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: 1. The adoption of the said General Plan amendment will not have a significant effect on the environment, and the negative declaration prepared for said amendment is hereby approved. 2. Exhibits 1 through 17, attached hereto, are hereby incorporated herein by reference, and referred to collectively hereinafter as "the Exhibits." 3. The "Land Use Plan" of the Land Use Element of the General Plan of the City of Santa Ana is hereby amended in the following particulars: a. The following areas delineated in the Exhibits are redesignated from their current land use categories to the "Low Density Residential" category: Exhibit 1, areas A and B Exhibit 2, areas A and B Exhibit 3 Exhibit 4 Exhibit 8 Exhibit 9 Exhibit 10 Exhibit 12, areas A, B, D and E Exhibit 13 Exhibit 14, areas A and B Exhibit 16, areas A and C Exhibit 17
