Hall <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen Nc~e <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Resolution en- <br />titled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 61-106 concerning parking limitations and curb <br /> markings in accordance therewith" <br /> <br />installing seven parking meters on the south side of Fourth Street, between Van <br />Ness Avenue and Parton Street; five parking meters on the north side of Fourth <br />Street, between Van Ness Avenue and Parton Street, to be designated one-hour <br /> <br />meters, and one parkSng meter on the south side of Fourth Street, between Van Ness <br /> <br />Avenue and Parton Street, to be designated a twenty-four minute meter, reference <br /> <br />request of Dr. L.
