<br />Ness Avenue and Parton Street; five parking meters on the north side of Fourth
<br />Street, between Van Ness Avenue and Parton Street, to be designated one-hour
<br />
<br />meters, and one parkSng meter on the south side of Fourth Street, between Van Ness
<br />
<br />Avenue and Parton Street, to be designated a twenty-four minute meter, reference
<br />
<br />request of Dr. L. C. Davison, was considered and passed by the following vote:
