<br />traffic moving south, and requesting a time limit loading zone on the west side of
<br />
<br />North Main Street for the operatio~ of their Surplus Bread and Cake Thrift Shop,

<br />between the hours of 10 A.M. and 6 P.M. daily. On motion of Councilman Hubbard,
