Heinly <br /> <br />On motion of COuncilman Hubbard, seconded by Schlueter and carried, Preliminary <br /> <br />Record of Survey Map No. 205, filed by Robert Elliott, creating two parcels located <br /> <br />1,000 feet west of Harbor Boulevard and on the north side of Sugar Avenue, was <br />approved, subject to conditions. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Schlueter and carried, the request of <br /> <br />John M. Toups, Consulting Civi 1 Engineer, was granted for a one-year extension of. <br /> <br />time to June 6, 1962, on Tentative Tract Map No. 3769, filed by B. J. Haupert, <br />creating 76 lots located east of Gunther Street and 250 feet north of Camile Street, <br /> <br />approved by the City Council on June 6, 1960, subject to conditions. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Schlueter and carried, Revised Tenta- <br />tive Tract Map No. 4002, filed by Practical Builders, creating 23 lots located 500 <br />feet west of South Spruce Street and between Myrtle and Willits Streets, was ap- <br />proved, subject to conditions. <br /> <br />On motion of Cotulcilm~ Hubbard, secouded by Brewer and carried, Revised Tentative <br /> <br />Tract Map No. 4163, filed by Norwood Homes, creating 64 lots located north of St. <br /> <br />Andrew Place and approximately 650 feet west of Bristol Street, was approved subjeet <br /> <br />to all conditions, with exception of Condition (1): "That Occidental Street be ex-i! <br /> <br />tended westerly and southerly to Join existing Rene Drive." <br /> <br />Councilman Heinly arrived at the meeting at 7:5© P.M. <br /> <br />C~unication was presented from W. On motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Schlueter and carried, the request was denied for <br /> <br />correction in drainage charge, and the AdminiStrative Staff instructed to so advise <br /> <br />the applicant. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the request of the! <br /> <br />Savage Constructian Company was granted to withdraw Tentative Tract Map No. 4040, <br /> <br />creating twenty lots located east of King Street and fm~ediately west of the inter-~ <br />sections of Washington Avenue, and 12th Street with King Street, subject to condi- <br />tions, and to drop the zone application as escrow has been cancelled. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Schlueter and carried, Map of Tract <br /> <br />No. 3992, filed by B. I. C. Marsile, for dedication of Seventeenth Street, Sherry <br /> <br />Lane, Nineteenth Street, Millwood Street and alley for public use for highway pur- <br /> <br />poses; also all vehicular access rights on Seventeenth Street, excepting at inter- <br /> <br />sections, and drainage easements as shown, a~ bond in the sum of $41,865.00 were <br /> <br />approved; license fee in the amount of $~00.00 accepted, and agreement covering <br /> <br />improvements ordered signed. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, Map of Tract No. <br /> <br />4076, filed by Via Son~, Inc., for dedication as public highways Jackson and <br /> <br />Eleventh Streets, was approved, subject to the filing of a bond in the amount of <br /> <br /> <br />
