No. 61-133 <br />iNo Parking Zones <br />i!Main St. btn. <br /> 16th and 17th Sts. <br /> <br />6n motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the application o~ <br />the "Big Brothers of Orange County" was granted to stage a fireworks display in th~ <br />Municipal Bowl o~ July 3, 1961, subject to the condition that a policy of insurance <br />be furnished in the amount of $500,000.00, naming the City as insured thereunder <br />for any da,~ges that may be incurred if aerial fireworks are used, and subject to <br />the regular rental fee for the use of the Bowl. <br /> <br />On recomaendation of the Manager, the matter of the No Parking Zones on South Main <br />Street, North Main Street, East First Street, East Sixth Street, Stafford Street <br />and Broadway was deferred until the next meeting. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Resolution en- <br />titled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 61-130 concerning parking limitati(ms and <br /> curb markings in accordance therewith" <br /> <br />establishing No Parking Zones on the north side of Pine Street, between Cedar and <br />Halladay Street, reference re~est of Mrs. James R. Norman, was considered and <br />passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen <br /> <br />Noes, Councilmen <br />Absent, Councilmen <br /> <br />Royal E. Hubbard, Henry H. Hall <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br />Councilmau Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Resolution en- <br />titled: <br /> <br /> "Resoluti(m No. 61-131 concerning parking limitations and <br /> curb markings in accordance therewith" <br /> <br />repealing and rescinding Resolution No. 55-269 adopted July ll, 1955, and Resolu- <br />tion No. 57-49 adopted April ~, 1957, ordering No Parking Zones on the north 20 fee <br />of the west and east sides of Sycamore Street, between Eighth and Tenth Streets; <br /> <br /> on <br />and establishing No Parking Zones/the north 22 feet of the west side of Sycamore ' <br /> <br />Street and e south eight feet of the east side of Sycamore Street, between Eighth'.i <br />and Tenth Streets, as recommended by the Department of Public Works, was considered <br />and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E.
