O~E~)LUTION NO. 90-041 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> <br /> b. "(x) Incumbents in the class of Fleet <br />Equipment Technician II who maintain a valid State of <br />California 'Unlimited Smog Check Mechanic License,' and <br />who perform City vehicle emissions testing and <br />certification activities, shall be paid a pay <br />differential in an amount equal to the product obtained <br />by multiplying the base monthly salary rate then being <br />paid to an employee in the class of Fleet EquiDment <br />Technician II, Step "C," by two and one-half percent <br />(2.5%) (five (5) salary rate ranges). This differential <br />shall be paid to such employees irrespective of his or <br />her step within the Fleet Equipment Technician II salary <br />rate range." <br /> <br /> 2. That except as amended by this Resolution, all <br />other provisions of Resolution No. 82-110 shall remain <br />force and effect. <br /> <br />in full <br /> <br /> 3.
