Hubbard, Henry H. Schlueter, <br />Bob Brewer, A. A. Hall <br />Dale Ho Heinly <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was given. <br /> <br />Iuvocation was given by M~r. Harry Robert Fox, Jr., Minister, Church of Christ. <br /> <br />Each member of the City Council having received copies of the Minutes of <br />May 15, 1961, reading of the Minutes was dispensed with and approved on <br />motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried. <br /> <br />Bid acceptance A tabulation of bids was presented for the furnishing and delivering of One 26--~" <br />Power Paper Cutter <br /> ~ ~/ '~? Power Paper Cutter, Specification No. 611-4, as follows: <br /> <br />Addressograph Multigraph Corp. <br />The Steward C~any <br />Graphic Arts Equipment & Supply Co. <br /> <br /> Total <br />$2,937.84 <br /> 1,945.60 <br /> 2,199.00 <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the lowest and <br /> <br />best bid of The Steward Company was accepted, in the total amount of $1,945.60, and <br /> <br />Bid acceptance <br />Combination Melting <br />Kettle and Joint Sealer <br /> <br />all other bids rejected. <br /> <br />A tabulation of bids was presented for the furnishing and delivering of One Ccmbina- <br /> <br />tion Melting Kettle and Joint Sealer, Specification No. 623-18, as follows: <br /> <br />Brown-Bevis Industrial Equipment Co. <br />Clipper Manufacturir~ Company <br />Aeroil Products Cc~pany <br /> <br /> Total <br />$5,224.80 <br /> 5,174.00 <br /> 4, ~88. oo <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Schlueter and carried, the bid of <br /> <br />Bid postponement <br />iBear Grotto in <br />Prentice Park <br /> <br /> Bid acceptance <br /> CoeLfort Station, <br /> Electrical switchboard <br /> and v~ult, Windsor Park <br /> <br />Clipper M~nufacturing Company was accepted in the total amount of $5,174.00, said <br />bid being the best bid, although not the lowest bid, and all other bids rejected. <br /> <br />On motion of Councfl~au Hubbard, seconded by Schlueter and carried, the oral request <br /> <br />of the Manager was approved and action continued until the next meeting on the <br /> <br />award for the furnishing and erecting of a Bear Grotto in Prentice Park. <br /> <br />A tabulation of bids was presented to furnish and erect a C~mfort Station, including <br />electrical switchboard and vault in Windsor Park, Specification No. 672-10, as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />Sherman L.
