252 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90- 070 <br />Page two <br /> <br />property through any one of the following discretionary <br />actions: <br /> <br />(1) Approval of a conditional <br /> use permit. <br /> <br />(2) Approval of a tentative sub- <br /> division map. <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />Approval of a development project <br />plan (commonly refered to as a "site <br />plan") for the property pursuant to <br />sections 41-688, et seq., of the <br />Santa Ana Municipal Code, or, as to <br />property in an SD (Specific Develop- <br />ment) district, pursuant to the pro- <br />cedures set forth in the applicable <br />specific development plan. <br /> <br /> (b) Application for a building permit for such de- <br />velopment has been filed pursuant to Chapter 3 of the Build- <br />ing Code. <br /> <br /> 6. Any property which qualifies for development in ac- <br />cordance with the General Plan density limitations as they existed <br />immediately prior to this General Plan Amendment pursuant to sec- <br />tion 5 hereinabove, shall lose such qualification, and thereafter <br />be subject to the General Plan density limitations established by <br />this General Plan Amendment, in the following circumstances: <br /> <br /> (a) Where such qualification is based upon <br />approval of a conditional use permit: if such conditional <br />use permit is revoked for good cause or expires due to <br />nonuse. <br /> <br /> (b) Where such qualification is based upon <br />approval of a tentative map: if such tentative map ex- <br />pires without approval of a final map or parcel map. <br /> <br /> (c) Where such qualification is based upon <br />development project plan ("site plan") approval: if <br />application for a building permit for such development <br />pursuant to Chapter 3 of the Building Code is not filed <br />within one (1) year after the date of this resolution. <br /> <br /> (d) Where such qualification is based upon <br />the filing of an application for a building permit pur- <br />suant to Chapter 3 of the Building Code: if such build- <br />ing permit application expires without issuance of the <br />building permit, or, as to any development for which a <br /> <br /> <br />
