The Council having unanl <br />monsly waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of Councilman Heinly, seconde <br />by Hubbard and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance No. NS-523 adopting the Annual Budget for the <br />fiscal year commencing ~ 1, 1961 and fixing the <br />l~m~tations of expenditures for the several funds and <br />the functions, departments and activities carried <br />under such funds" <br /> <br />No~s, <br />Absent, <br /> <br />was considered and passed, as an emergency Ordinance, by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hall <br /> Councilmen N~ne <br /> Councilmen None <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the following Resolution enti- <br />tled: <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 61-177 determining the tax rate to be <br />levied in Santa Ana during fiscal year 1961-1962" <br /> <br /> <br />
