<br />ment of Public Works' letter dated June 22, 1961, requesting the removal of plants
<br />
<br />walls, fences, etc. by October 1, 1961, which would interfere with pedestrian move
<br />
<br />ment. The Attorney orally reported the matter was governed by a State law, citing
<br />
<br />
