All rooftop mounted parking structure lights shall be located and shielded so that all light is contained within the boundaries of the project and no light spillage occurs to adjacent properties. All parking structure interior lights shall be high intensity discharge (stem mounted) with no light spillage to adjacent properties. No fluorescent tube f'mtures shall be allowed. Light and glare from automobiles within the parking structures shall be screened with solid, opaque wall materials while maintaining all ventilation requirements of the Uniform Building Code. The applicant shall install non-reflective glass windows on the bottom floors of all new buildings. 399 LAND USES AND LAND USE PLANS Significant Effect The project would result in an intensification of the development allowed within the project site, indirectly resulting in significant cumulative increases in traffic and air pollution, increases in the demand for public services and utilities, and energy, and for affordable housing.
