<br />The Council having unanimously waived the resding of the Resolution~ on motion of

<br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Resolution en-
<br />
<br />titled:

<br />"Resolution No. 61-191 accepting deeds where the City is
<br />paying a cash consideration"
<br />
<br />from Bascom Rush, for real property located on the west side of King Street, north
<br />
<br />of Fifth Street, in the sum of $15,000.00, of which $12,000.00 represents total
<br />
<br />consideration for the real property and $3,000.00 represents compensation to Sellez
<br />
<br />for his expenses in moving his personal property from said real property; and from
<br />
<br />Andrea K. and Sam T. Hayward, for real property located south of Bolsa Avenue, east
<br />
<br />of Newhope Street, for a reservoir site, in the sum ~f $28,220.00, was considered
<br />
<br />and passed by the following vote:
