Hayward, for real property located south of Bolsa Avenue, east <br /> <br />of Newhope Street, for a reservoir site, in the sum ~f $28,220.00, was considered <br /> <br />and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen <br /> <br />Noes, Councilmen <br />Absent, Councilmen <br /> <br />Royal E.
