<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Schlueter end carried, the hearing on
<br />the Amendment of Zoning Ordinance of 196~, to provide for an R-4 Suburban Apartment
<br />District, was postponed to the meeting of SeptemberS, 1961.

<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Schlucter and carried, Prelfm~nary .
<br />Record of Survey Map No. 213, filed by Amede Houle, creating two parcels located
<br />at the northeast corner of Broadway and Central Avenue, was approved, subject to
<br />
<br />conditions.
