On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and <br /> <br />carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance amending Article ~X of the Santa Ana Municipal Code <br /> to change district classification on Amendment Application <br /> No. 359 and amending Sectional District Map 23-5-10 (E~hibit <br /> AA 359A)" <br /> <br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Schlueter end carried, the hearing on <br />the Amendment of Zoning Ordinance of 196~, to provide for an R-4 Suburban Apartment <br />District, was postponed to the meeting of SeptemberS, 1961. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Schlucter and carried, Prelfm~nary . <br />Record of Survey Map No. 213, filed by Amede Houle, creating two parcels located <br />at the northeast corner of Broadway and Central Avenue, was approved, subject to <br /> <br />conditions. <br /> <br /> <br />
